She is a lifelong learner, and her area of interest is developing projects that motivate artists to become socially responsible and use their art to bring people together to build better communities. For the next seven years Mihaela's plan is to use innovative methodologies to engage 100 international artists in a transformative process that will turn Târgu Frumos, a small town in Iași county, into a vibrant cultural hub. She believes art and culture have the potential to bring people together to build better communities.

"I need to confess that every year, working and coordinating these museum exhibitions, makes me explore a lot of new feelings. I am learning to listen beyond the words, to see wounds, to understand, and to find the middle point."
